2) Stephen Tam
Advisor for R&D and Co-founder I met Stephen in 2007 and he performed significant research on Miscanthus along with a consultant. I was favorably impressed with Stephen's attention to detail and his ability to quickly understand the technicalities associated with greenhouse/Nursery production and the economics with farming and densification of waste streams from agriculture, lumber and dedicated energy crops, which represent the only sustainable and reliable resource for industrial and utility applications. 

3)Lars Nilsen
Advisor for International Marketing and USA Mass market sales and marketing strategy I know Lars from his management of large Mass Marketing/Sales with large Mass market chains(Lowes, Wal-Mart) His presentation abilities and well rounded understanding of Greenhouse/Nursery production(vegetative and seeded) make him a great choice for top management and a successor for the current CEO. 

4) Bill Osterbauer
Advisor for financial and investments I worked with Bill as a CFO for Greenheart Farms and I recognized his strategic and long term abilities, as well as his superior management of the day-to-day accounting personnel 

5) Cathy Storey

Cathy worked for me when I was CEO of Speedling. She had a wellspring of knowledge of Jd Edwards(Oracle). Utilized her understanding of operations management to provide sales and operations intelligence data, enabling me to analyze sales and cost information on over 17,000 line items. This information provided tools for pricing, product line attritions and expansions. This application of this  information set the course for improved profitability. Her ability in IT management impressed me enough to seek her out to participate in our energy startup company as an executive and shareholder.

6) James D. Holliman III
Jimmy Holliman is a seasoned executive with almost three decades of leadership roles in senior management positions within the private and non-profit sectors in business development and sales and marketing.  Since 2006, Mr. Holliman has consulted with nascent cleantech start-ups focused on bio-fuel feed stocks; hydrokinetics; solar; and wind technologies to support business case and business plan development; “go-to-market” strategy development; product development; sales and marketing campaign development; investment capital raising; and others.    Mr. Holliman has expertise in branding, business development, customer relationship management, finance, sales and marketing, strategy development, as well as in many other operating and organizational issues.  Mr. Holliman is a Public Notary in the State of California.  Mr. Holliman holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Auburn University and an MBA from the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University. 

7) Pete Sheardy
Director of Retail Marketing, Small Chains and Branded Product Lines. I met Pete while CEO of Speedling, Inc.. Pete's ability to market new innovative and creative products was exceptional Pete connected with our customer base by visits with our regional salespeople and Tradeshows, where the introduction of new products became his trademark. Pete's experience with True Value and Ace Hardware provides an opportunity for Earth Sense Energy USA to penetrate the "bagged and branded" pellet market targetting the residential market. These markets exist in townships uneconomical for "Big Box" chains not established in these regions, potentially collectively larger then their competition. 

8) John Cooley 
Advisor for Horticulture Engineering and Equipment Sourcing. I have worked with John for over 15 years for sourcing and design of horticulture equipment and supplies. His worldwide knowledge of advanced and cutting edge technology and systems have been instrumental in bringing modern technology into greenhouses and nurseries worldwide. John will help Earth Sense Energy USA outfit the new technology in California, presently not in existence in the USA and more importantly, in California State.
